Luxury house builder Camstead Homes are thrilled to announce an exciting new development which will transform land just north of Hoyland near Barnsley to 83 stylish new homes.
Once completed, the new homes development, named Chandlers Vale, will provide a range of contemporary two, three, and four bedroom detached, semi-detached and terrace homes with private gardens and views to the surrounding countryside. Jonathan Rapley, Camstead’s Sales and Marketing Director says, ‘Camstead Homes have a commitment to creating quality homes in places people aspire to live, and Hoyland is no exception. Unlike other developers, who appoint a main contractor to undertake the building work, Camstead Homes prefer to employ their own teams of building professionals to oversee every element of the building process themselves. This is how we are able to deliver an above industry standard specification and that the highest standards are met.
‘Camstead Homes has built a reputation for creating quality homes in prime city and countryside locations, and I know that Chandlers Vale will become a sought after place to live and a wonderful opportunity for growing families to put roots down in a really special part of Yorkshire.’
Chandlers Vale is named after Francis Chandler, of Barnsley, Deputy at Silkstone Colliery, who had displayed considerable bravery in endeavouring to rescue a number of workmen in November 1908 and was awarded the Edward Medal by King Edward VII.
