Foundations started at Beacon Gardens, Grantham

Former allotments, Beacon Gardens, Grantham, will be transformed into 47 luxury new homes with completions starting in 2015. Cambridge-based developer Yelcon Homes has now started on the Beacon Lane site and the show home is expected to be open for viewings by late spring next year.

All have either one or two parking spaces, a single or double garage. The homes will boast luxury bathrooms and en-suites and will be finished with beautiful contemporary Porcelanosa tiling.
