Bradwell Springs is Top of the Class

When teacher Sherie Doyle and her firefighter husband Jonny were house hunting for themselves and their 3-year old-twins, she awarded top marks and a gold star to Camstead Developments’ new residential housing scheme, Bradwell Springs.

The Doyle family will be the very first occupiers to take up residence in the stunning new community of 3,4 and 5 bedroom detached homes and are looking forward to celebrating their first Christmas in their new luxury home.

And the couple has plenty to celebrate, the new development, Bradwell Springs, enjoys a prime location in the heart of the Peak District nestling on the side of Bradwell Dale, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful valleys in the county.

Sherie and Jonny, who are Bradwell born and bred chose a stone-built, four bedroomed detached house with a safe and spacious garden from the Dovedale Range, and were able to put their own stamp on many elements of the interior design. Sherie said, ‘the tile choices were perfect and the kitchen is one I would have chosen anyway, we got exactly what we wanted and are delighted with the outcome.

‘We were so excited to hear that we would be the first residents in Bradwell Springs and we cannot wait to get to know our new neighbours over the coming months as a new community is formed.

Sherie, adds, ‘We looked at a variety of locations but found you get so much more for your money in Bradwell which offers excellent value compared with some other villages nearby; I am a teacher in Sheffield yet it still only takes me 20 minutes to commute.

‘Although this is the first new house we have purchased, we were very impressed with how the Developers, Camstead Homes held our hands through the entire process, and special mention must go to the Camstead director, Johnny Rapley, who was incredibly helpful throughout.’

Johnny Rapley comments: ‘We are delighted to welcome the Doyles to Bradwell Springs and to see this stunning development coming to fruition. The first phase is nearing completion and phase two will be available in the new year. All the features of each and every property have been inspired by the rural location and local architecture. We have included exterior elevations built from authentic local stone, slate roofs and traditional dry-stone walling throughout the scheme. Each home boasts a satisfying solidity with a contemporary twist for modern family living.

‘Ranging in size from 879 sq ft to 2280 sq ft, this exciting scheme is being lovingly built by our handpicked team of highly skilled builders working alongside timed-served craftsmen who have used heritage skills and materials to create a unique community of properties which reflects the natural splendour of the Peak District National Park.

‘The location of Bradwell Springs offers excellent communications for commuters to Manchester and Sheffield and is well served by local schools, shops and pubs, set against the stunning backdrop of the Peak District. ‘Interest from prospective buyers has been high, so it looks as if it won’t be long before the Doyle family get to meet their new neighbours.’
