New Phase at The Heath

A new phase of luxury homes has been released for sale at The Heath, Camstead Homes’ exclusive development in Adel, after the first phase sold out before the show home had opened.

The fortunate families who snapped up their dream homes in the first phase of construction have now collected their keys and are enjoying life in a fabulous new property in one of North Leeds’ most desirable addresses.

When completed, The Heath will comprise just 43 impressive family homes off Dunstarn Lane, a leafy, executive commuter suburb of Adel.

Mark Manning, Director of Sales Agents Manning Stainton, comments, ‘Out of the latest release only three detached properties remain available. These include two fabulous 5 bedroom houses from the high-end Kramer range. These spacious, state-of the art homes with detached garages, provide in excess of 1936 sq ft (180m2) of thoughtfully-planned accommodation, set in extensive landscaped gardens and are on sale for £695,000.

The third showpiece property now available for sale is a 5 bed detached home from the Fairfax range. Selling at just under £790,000 and spread over three floors, this quintessential family home boasts more than 2,205 sq ft (205m2) of open plan living with enviable amenities like a top floor en-suite playroom and an impressive master suite with Juliet balcony enjoying far reaching views.

Jonathan Rapley, Camstead Homes’ Sales and Marketing Director comments, ‘Right from the very beginning The Heath attracted the interest of discerning buyers who recognised the advantages of the scheme’s superb location.

‘Earlier in the year we invited expressions of interest and we were delighted at the unbridled enthusiasm shown by potential buyers.

‘The Heath clearly has all the vital ingredients for a successful residential recipe. It sits on one of Leeds’ most highly-prized addresses in the sought after suburb of Adel and enjoys the tranquility and beauty of a woodland setting yet it’s an easy commute to the vibrant City Centre of Leeds.’

Mark Manning added: ‘Once again, Camstead Homes has tried wherever possible to retain the essence of The Heath’s woodland setting so that all the new properties enjoy maximum advantage of its leafy, natural environment, which we know will have strong appeal to families.

‘All the properties are constructed with a blend of brick and render and will benefit from light, airy and eco-efficient designs with glass and anthracite doors and windows. Many of the larger detached houses like those from the desirable Kramer and Fairfax ranges will feature full width glazing and patio doors to embrace the landscaped grounds and mature trees.
