Steeple Court Is First Past The Post With Buyers

Following the Open Weekend at Steeple Court, Brampton, developer Camstead Homes can report a flurry of interest in the scheme. Camstead has now sold three homes and reserved a further three, including the show home.

This brand new scheme of 21 luxury homes at High Street, Brampton includes one and two bedroom apartments, three and four bedroom town houses, four bedroom semi-detached houses, plus one four bedroom detached house which is now sold. All houses have elegant kitchens with SMEG integrated appliances and stylish, contemporary bathrooms with chrome taps and accessories. Virtually all properties benefit from either two parking spaces or carports.

The development is still under construction which means, for a limited time, that buyers have opportunities to personalise their kitchens and bathrooms by choosing from a range of tiles, worktops and cupboard doors.

“Brampton is such a great location that all our schemes here seem to sell well. We had about 100 couples and families viewing over the Open Weekend and visitors were impressed by the quality of the build and the high specification to which the properties have been built,” explains Moira Scott, Camstead’s Sales and Marketing Manager. “Brampton is a very popular village as Cambridge and Huntingdon are both easily accessible and the A1 is close by. The village has great facilities, including shops, schools, a post office, a dentist and comfortable, welcoming pubs,” adds Moira.
